Your monthly gift enables the seed of God's word to fall on 'good soil' - 
the hearts & minds of emerging leaders.

There are many passionate young people in Asia-Pacific, emerging leaders of humility and integrity.  Called by God, and burning with a desire to see change in their countries. The key is education, training and development in the word of God. But the obstacle they face is poverty! 


Through Student Sponsorships hundreds of young, emerging leaders are equipped to step past their poverty, and into God's calling.  

  • Monthly sponsorships pay towards their tertiary training and development at quality Partner Schools in Myanmar.  
  • This Christian formation enables the word of God to land on the good soil of their hearts.  
  • Sponsored students graduate, and go on to minister to widows and orphans, seek justice for their communities and become leaders in their churches and nations.  
  • As quality, contextually-relevant leaders in the Church and society, they help to bring about a harvest that is multiplied many times over.

The 'Good Soil':  Mang Mang, a young man who heard God's call in 2010 to rescue and be an father to orphaned boys in Yangon.
The word of God:  A missions degree at Myanmar Evangelical Graduate School of Theology (MEGST), sponsored at $50/month for 2 years by a New Zealander.
The harvest: Mang Mang and his wife parent, in their apartment, 21 ex-street boys.

The 'Good Soil':  Dwe Nan, a mum of two young children, a wife, and a church worker struggling to make ends meet.
The word of God:  A Master of Divinity degree at Myanmar Evangelical Graduate School of Theology (MEGST), sponsored at $50/month from 2009 - 2012 by generous New Zealanders.
The harvest: Since 2012 Dwe Nan has started and directly leads 3 ministries, influencing over 75 people for Christ each day, including orphans, single parents, Buddhist converts and uni students.
